Founded in 1966, the hotel’s restaurant, MangiareBere d’vino, offers typical regional cuisine; home cooking with special attention dedicated to both taste and flavour. MangiareBere d’Vino is a wine bar and a shop, as well as being a beautifully original space created in the hotel itself. The eatery offers typical Apulian cuisine, accompanied by a selection of more than a hundred types of wine both Apulian and Italian. Wine presentations from local wine cellars are organised on a weekly basis. Work meetings, parties and cocktails can be organized, all in-keeping with the culinary traditions of Italy, as well as those particular to the region of Apulia.
